Returns on Shop Items

Please choose your item carefully. If you would like more photos of an item feel free to send me an email or message me via Instagram.

Tripping On Rugs does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged during shipping. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email sales@trippingonrugs.com with details and photos of the product and the defect. Please make sure your name and order number are included in the subject line.

Please note: Notice of the defective item must be submitted as soon as you can. 48 hours of the item being received is preferred. A return label will be emailed to you once I have confirmed the damage. Once the defective item is received, a refund will be issued.

Shipping

Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment via Australia Post with tracking. I also ship to most countries. If you can't see your location, ask for a quote today.
